RMB intationalization is an important phenomenon of the intational monetary system reform since the global financial crisis in 2008.It is important for the macro policy-makers and the enterprises to grasp and predict the level of RMB intationalization timely and accurately.The intention of microscopic decision-making body to use RMB is to get intational media’s attention,and at the same time,media sentiment about RMB intationalization may transmit and reflect the level of the RMB intationalization.This paper explores intational media sentiment to construct the RMB intationalization index,to study the ability of the index for the RMB intemationalization,and to discuss the transmission effects of intational media sentiment on the level of RMB intationalization.The research shows that intational media sentiment can help improve the prediction accuracy of RMB intationalization index RII and verify the transmission effects of the intational media sentiment on the level of RMB intationalization.
