对10个大麦品种各伸长节间维管束数与小穗数的关系进行了调查。发现自基部伸长节间开始,随着节位上升,各节间维管束数稍有减少,唯至穗颈节间维管束数减少量最多,交种(类型)间的减少率并不一致。三联小穗数(Y)依存于基部伸长节间大维管束数(X)的回归关系可表示为 Y=a+bx,其中回归系数(b=0.3846)不因品种而改变,而回归常数(a)可因亚种和变种(类型)而异:H.ssp-hexastichum=8.19,H.ssp-tetrastichum=7.46,H.distichum=15.96。因维管束数变化而引起结实小穗数改变的效果总是多棱大麦(H.vulgare)大于二棱大麦(H.distichum)。
The relationship between the number of vascular bundles and the number of spikelets in each internode of 10 barley cultivars was investigated. It was found that the number of vascular bundles in each node decreased slightly as the node increased from the beginning of the basal extension of the internode. The reduction in the number of vascular bundles was the largest among the internode nodes, and the rate of decrease was not the same among the intercrossing species.
