In view of the fact that the number of malignant changes of oral lichen planus is quite high in recent years, the author has studied the relationship between oral lichen planus and oral cancer based on relevant literature. The authors developed a rigorous evaluation criteria for 223 cases reported as cancerous, the original diagnosis must have a reliable histological disease
