Acute oral infections often make oral clinicians very tricky. One of the problems is bacterial resistance. In addition, the lack of identification of pathogenic bacteria and the selection of effective antibiotics are common mistakes in handling. Infections caused by anaerobic bacteria have increased and are more severe than previously thought. The greater difficulty in handling is undoubtedly due to the emergence of a wide variety of drug-resistant bacterial beads that are plasmid-mediated.
