学校文化是一所学校的灵魂,是一种无形的力量作用于学校发展的始终,影响着师生员工的价值取向和行为规范。我校学校文化的形成经历了由不重视到重视、不自觉到自觉、不规范到规范、不系统到系统的过程,现已初步形成了以办学理念为标志的精神文化,以《学校标准化质量管理文件》为标志的制度文化,以校徽、校旗、校歌、国旗班、校刊、校报、体育艺术节等为标志的行为文化,以绿色生态校园为标志的环境文化,形成了体系完备的学校文化。
