目的:探讨眼眶皮样囊肿术后复发的原因。方法:对本例复发性眼眶皮样囊肿手术时尽量扩大暴露范围,完全显露囊肿的边界,尽量剥离骨膜,完整摘除囊肿,避免囊壁残留。结果:术后伤口愈合良好,随访1年无复发。结论:眼眶皮样囊肿术后复发的原因主要是和术中暴露不充分,囊肿摘除不完整,囊壁残留有关。
Objective: To investigate the causes of orbital dermoid cyst recurrence. Methods: In this case of recurrent orbital dermoid cyst surgery to maximize the scope of exposure, the full disclosure of cyst boundaries, as far as possible stripping the periosteum, complete cyst removal, to avoid residual wall. Results: The postoperative wound healing was good, with no recurrence one year after follow-up. Conclusion: The causes of orbital dermoid cyst recurrence after surgery are mainly related to inadequate exposure during surgery, incomplete cyst removal and residual wall.
