工程量清单计价是我国在建筑市场承发包过程中主要采用的一种计价模式,工程量清单计价的合理与准确,直接影响到项目能否盈利,而计价的要务就是工程量清单的组价。本文主要结合案例分析了市政工程工程量清单的组价方法,以及综合单价的计算方法。
The pricing of bill of quantities (BQL) is a kind of pricing model adopted by our country in the construction market. The pricing of bill of quantities is reasonable and accurate, which has a direct impact on the profitability of the project. The price is the group price of the bill of quantities. This article mainly analyzes the method of group pricing of municipal engineering bill of quantities and the calculation method of the integrated unit price.
