The new patented human pump, the structure shown in Figure 1. It has a guide rod and a drive shaft, the guide cylinder through the rolling bearing with the guide rod fixed on the support point. The guide barrel can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise on the guide bar. Each of the two transmission cylinders cooperates with the transmission shaft through a pair of rolling bearings and each relies on a ratchet device to drive the transmission shaft to rotate in one direction. The two transmission cylinders are located between the two support points of the transmission shaft, and two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively equipped with a flywheel or a micro-pump. The flexible rope is wound in two directions by the guide tube in the same direction
