通过试验,研究了矿物掺合料种类和掺量、体积砂率、不同类型轻骨料等对免振捣混凝土流变性能、匀质性能的影响。结果表明:掺加粉煤灰、硅灰或者粉煤灰与矿粉复合矿物对改善混凝土的工作性能有明显效果;轻骨料应选择密度等级高、压碎指标高、吸水率小,粒径为5~16 mm的优质轻骨料;为了得到工作性能良好的免振捣混凝土,体积砂率应控制在48%左右。
Through experiments, the influence of mineral admixture types and dosages, volume sand ratio, different types of light aggregate on the rheological properties and homogeneity properties of vibration-proof concrete are studied. The results show that: the addition of fly ash, silica fume or fly ash and slag composite minerals to improve the performance of concrete has obvious effect; lightweight aggregate should choose high density grade, high crushing index, water absorption, particle size 5-16 mm high quality lightweight aggregate; in order to get a good performance of the vibration-free concrete, the volume of sand should be controlled at about 48%.
