音乐教育跟心理的联系是非常紧密的,这不但表现在音乐本身的情感特性,在所有的音乐活动中,音乐教育都能体现出心理的特征。就学科本身而言,音乐是最情感的艺术。因为情感和音乐都是在时间中展开和发展的,两者在速度、力度及色调上都具有丰富的变化,并都富于动力性的过程。本文以音乐教育对中学生心理健康的积极作用为研究对象,探讨音乐教育的重要意义。
The relationship between music education and psychology is very close, not only in the emotional characteristics of the music itself, but also in all music activities, music education can reflect the psychological characteristics. As far as the discipline itself is concerned, music is the most emotional art. Because emotion and music are both developed and developed in time, both have rich changes in speed, intensity and tone, and are rich in dynamic processes. In this paper, the positive effect of music education on the mental health of middle school students is studied, and the importance of music education is discussed.
