Journalist(J):As a young and local man, you are appointedas the General Manager of Micron Electronics Inc.China,how doyou think about this?Zhang:Now we find Intel,IBM and other US companiesbegan to localize their high-level of management team in China andthis is the right way to manage company here and do business.And the local managers’devotion,understanding the local culture,making right decision of investment for both their companies andChina should be emphasized.
