长春瑞滨为长春碱半合成衍生物,临床主要用于非小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌的治疗。近年来国内有文献报道本品致麻痹性肠梗阻,现摘要如下。殷海涛等[1]报道:女,37岁,因左乳腺癌术后给予长春瑞滨40mg/d治疗,第10天患者出现便秘,第15天患者诉腹胀、腹痛,肛门停止排便、排气伴恶心、呕吐,查体示腹部膨隆,全腹压痛,叩诊鼓音,肠鸣音消失。
