Writing a program is a well-recognized drudgery that requires a lot of energy and effort from the developer, so that an occupational condition, fatigue syndrome, is inevitable. According to a survey of 25- to 40-year-old developers in the United States, 73.4% of developers have different severity of fatigue syndromes. The main symptoms of inattention, nervousness, psychological stress, memory loss, physical and mental fatigue, weakness, poor sleep, and sometimes even see the monitor screen to feel sick and so on.
