继首届全国水产品加工展销会和全国水产加工工作会议之后,中国水产学会又于1985年3月中旬在浙江省淳安县召开了全国水产品加工技术经验交流会。会议开得十分活跃,会上除了交流技术、介绍经验外,还组织了技术咨询活动,举办了小型水产加工品展览会。展出了部分水产加工品和部分加工机械(如鱼肉采取机、擂溃机、原鱼清洗机、烘干机、平板速冻机以及冷冻陈列柜、装配式冷库等)的资料、图片。通过会议,代表们看到渔业生产的发展,水产加工起到越来越重要的作用。它对实现水产业产值翻两
Following the first National Aquatic Products Processing Exhibition and the National Conference on Aquatic Processing, the Chinese Society of Aquaculture convened a national experience exchange meeting on aquatic products processing technology in Chun’an County, Zhejiang Province in mid-March 1985. The meeting opened very active, in addition to exchange of technology, introduce the experience, but also organized a technical advisory activities, held a small aquatic products exhibition. Some information and pictures of aquatic processed products and some processing machinery (such as fish pick-up machines, beating machines, raw fish washing machines, dryers, flat-panel freezers and refrigerated display cabinets and assembly type cold stores) were exhibited. Through the meeting, delegates saw the development of fishery production and aquatic products processing played an increasingly important role. It doubled the output of the aquaculture industry
