关怀学生≠迁就学生询问学生是不是没吃早饭和允许学生在课下吃零食是不一样的。前者是关怀学生，后者是放纵学生。长期迁就不仅不利于学生的行为养成，更会使班主任工作的效率大打折扣。严格要求≠体罚学生严格要求应建立在“爱学生”的基础之上，没有爱的教育不是真正的教育
Caring for Students When students ask students if they have not eaten breakfast and allow students to eat snacks under the class is not the same.
