The Circular of the State Council on Carrying out the Great Inspection of the Taxation and Finance Prices in 1997 (Guo Fa [1997] No. 33) has been reprinted and distributed to you. We hereby put forward the following opinions in light of the reality of our province. First, check the time limit.
