朔州,山西省一座新兴的工业城市。几年来全市经济取得了超常速、大跨越的发展,做为市财政局局长的任常玉为此倾注了巨大的心血。1996年,全局又实现了财政收支平衡的总目标,全市财政总收入完成56160万元,比上年增长16.98,增长8150万元。其中地方财政收入完成36882万元,比上年增长13.76％,增收4462万元。主要的工商、农业等税收都较上年有较大幅度的增长,有力地支持了全市经济的发展。
Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, a new industrial city. Over the past few years the city achieved extraordinary economic growth, the development of great leaps and bounds, as Director of Municipal Finance Bureau Ren Changyu devoted a great deal of effort. In 1996, the overall goal of a balanced fiscal balance was achieved. The city’s total fiscal revenue was 561.6 million yuan, an increase of 16.98 over the previous year and an increase of 81.5 million yuan. Among them, the local fiscal revenue completed 368.82 million yuan, an increase of 13.76% over the previous year and an increase of 44.62 million yuan. Major industrial and commercial, agricultural and other taxes have a more substantial increase over the previous year, effectively supporting the city’s economic development.
