本文应用摄动法,导出了曲柄滑块机构位置精度的数学模型,该模型反映了杆长误差和运动副间隙对运动精度的影响规律,并作了误差数值计算。
In this paper, using the perturbation method, the mathematical model of the position accuracy of the crank-slider mechanism is deduced. The model reflects the law of the influence of the rod length error and the clearance of the movement on the motion accuracy, and calculates the error value.
