定期从26台柴油机的润滑油油槽中采取油样进行检查,其中两台发生故障。在每次严重故障前后,取油样检验磨粒,采用铁谱和光谱法进行分析,以发现柴油机早期故障的征兆。其结果如下:在1ml油样中,铁谱谱片上观察到大于10μm的有色金属磨粒超过10个,这是柴油机轴承故障的信号,可导致轴承在27日内发生严重故障。相反,突变事故如活塞的破损则没有明显的故障征兆。
Periodically, oil samples were taken from the lubricating oil tanks of 26 diesel engines, of which two failed. Before and after each serious failure, take oil samples to check the abrasive particles and analyze them by ferrography and spectroscopy to find out the signs of early diesel engine failure. The results are as follows: In 1ml oil samples, more than 10 non-ferrous metal abrasive particles larger than 10μm were observed on the iron spectrum, which is a signal of bearing failure of diesel engine, which can cause serious failure of the bearing within 27 days. In contrast, sudden accidents such as piston breakage have no obvious signs of failure.
