目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的MSCT的影像诊断价值。方法回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的GIST的MSCT表现,9例平扫+增强,1例仅平扫。结果胃间质瘤6例,小肠间质瘤3例,网膜间质瘤1例。手术病理报告:高度恶性5例,中度恶性3例,低度恶性1例,极低度恶性1例。结论 MSCT能显示GIST病变的特征及其与周围的关系,对肿瘤的定位、定性有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MSCT for gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods The MSCT findings of 10 cases with GIST confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 9 cases were enhanced with CT scan and 1 case with only plain scan. Results Six cases of gastric stromal tumors, three cases of small intestinal stromal tumors, one case of omentum stromal tumors. Surgical pathology report: 5 cases were highly malignant, 3 cases were moderately malignant, 1 case was low grade and 1 case was extremely low grade. Conclusion MSCT can show the characteristics of GIST lesions and its relationship with the surrounding, the location and characterization of the tumor has important clinical value.
