目的探讨包皮环切术后微波理疗致阴茎损伤的原因分析及防治方法。方法回顾性分析延边大学附属医院2006-07-2011-02收治的12例因包皮环切术后微波理疗致阴茎损伤患者资料,其中8例患者再次手术。结果单纯包皮水肿患者4例1周后愈合;8例再次清创缝合或皮瓣转移术,均治愈而出院。结论包皮环切术后不适合微波理疗。
Objective To investigate the causes of penile injury caused by microwave physiotherapy after circumcision and its prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 cases of penile injury caused by circumcision after microwave circumcision admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University 2006-07-2011-02, of which 8 patients underwent reoperation. Results In 4 cases of simple foreskin edema healed in one week, and in 8 cases again debridement or flap transfer were cured and discharged. Conclusion Circumcision is not suitable for microwave therapy.
