近年来,在国家大力发展职业教育的大背景下,银川市在布局调整、优化整合中等职业教育方面取得了良好成效,学校规模、硬件建设得到提升与加强,办学效益明显增强。但中等职业教育师资队伍建设尤其是“双师型”教师队伍建设却成为制约中等职业教育进一步健康、稳定、持续发展的瓶颈。笔者通过调查发现主要存在以下问题:一是师生比过高,教师总量不足。
In recent years, with the vigorous development of vocational education in the country, Yinchuan has achieved good results in terms of layout adjustment, optimization and integration of secondary vocational education. The school scale and hardware construction have been enhanced and strengthened, and the efficiency of running schools has been obviously enhanced. However, the construction of secondary vocational education teachers, especially the construction of “double-qualified teachers” has become a bottleneck restricting the further healthy, stable and sustainable development of secondary vocational education. The author found through the survey mainly the following problems: First, teachers and students is too high, the total lack of teachers.
