每一个班级里面都有学困生,为了能够帮助学困生,教师首先要了解学困生的心理问题,不断鼓励他们,让他们在学习中充满信心。教师应该主动接近以及关心学困生,还要发现学困生的优点,适当鼓励学困生,只有这样做才可以激发学困生的潜能,调动起他们学习的积极性以及主观能动性。从班级学困生着手,重点分析了如何让班级每一朵花儿都绽放的策略。
Each class has students with learning difficulties. In order to help students with learning difficulties, teachers should first understand the psychological problems of students who have difficulty in school and keep encouraging them to be full of confidence in their studies. Teachers should take the initiative to approach and care for students who have difficulty in school. They should also find out the advantages of students who are poor students and encourage students who are poor students to do so. Only by doing this can teachers be encouraged to learn and be motivated by their enthusiasm and initiative. Starting from the class learning difficulties, focusing on how to make the class bloom for every flower strategy.
