合作市财政局成立于1998年1月1日,是市人民政府一个综合经济管理部门,承担着全市资源配置、收入分配、经济调控和监督管理的职责。市财政局内设置办公室、预算、国库、财源建设、农税、农财、教科文、行政政法、社会保障、监督检查、会计管理、经济建设、政府采购、企业财务、综合、国资、国际业务、信息中心等18个业务股室。局机关下设行政事业单位国有资产管理局、国库集中收付中心、农业综合开发办公室、非税收入管理局等4个副科级参照公务员事业单位和10个乡(街道)财政所。
The Municipal Finance Bureau was established on January 1, 1998 and is an integrated economic management department of the Municipal People’s Government. It undertakes the responsibility of the city’s resources allocation, income distribution, economic regulation and supervision and management. The municipal finance bureau shall set up office, budget, treasury, construction of financial resources, agricultural tax, agricultural finance, education and public administration, social security, supervision and inspection, accounting administration, economic construction, government procurement, corporate finance, Information Center and other 18 business unit room. Under the authority, there are 4 deputy section-level civil servants and institutions and 10 township (street) finance offices of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Administration of Taxation, the Central Treasury Collection and Payment Center, the Comprehensive Agricultural Development Office, and the Non-taxation Administration Bureau.
