每个商品产品都有好几家甚至上百家企业进行生产,企业为了自身的生存与发展,必须采取质优价廉的手段,通过商业媒介,打进市场,并战胜对方。所以工商购销关系非常密切,谁先建立这种关系,谁就先打进市场,但如果不注意购销关系和市场动态,已经打进市场的产品,也会被别家的产品取而代之,甚至有被排挤出市场的危险,这是当前商品在市场竞争中的焦点。而一些企业因为缺乏这方面的经验,在购销业务中举棋不定,坐失良机,不能及时决策,丧失时间,丢掉市场。由于经营决策慢或决策失误都会使企业陷于被动的局面。解决这一问题需要一个快字,在快字上出效益。据我个人的体会,可用简便的利率系数计算法对每一笔交易进行测算,提供数据,作出决策,这方法既简单,也易于掌握。
