[目的]观察低温等离子刀手术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的止血效果。[方法]对19例慢性扁桃体炎患者采用低温等离子刀手术治疗,19例采用传统扁桃体切除术治疗,比较手术时间和术中出血量。[结果]低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术术中出血少、术野清晰、解剖结构容易辨认,正常组织损伤小。手术时间由平均84.47 min缩短为55 min,出血量由平均18.95 ml减少为9.68 ml。[结论]用低温等离子刀切除扁桃体,具有疗效确实、损伤小、出血少、手术时间短、提高手术质量等优点,具有很好的临床应用价值。
[Objective] To observe the effect of low temperature plasma knife surgery on hemostasis of chronic tonsillitis. [Method] Twenty-nine patients with chronic tonsillitis were treated with low-temperature plasma knife surgery and 19 patients were treated with traditional tonsillectomy. The operation time and intraoperative blood loss were compared. [Results] Low temperature plasma knife tonsillectomy less bleeding, clear surgical field, anatomical structure is easy to identify, the damage of normal tissue is small. The operative time was shortened from 84.47 min to 55 min and the bleeding volume decreased from 18.95 ml to 9.68 ml. [Conclusion] Tonsil tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma knife has the advantages of good curative effect, less damage, less bleeding, shorter operation time and better operative quality, which has a good clinical value.
