锦屏磷矿现有矿渣2300万m~3,堆放在尾矿库占用土地、污染环境。利用瘠性磷矿渣生产建设材料,既能消耗磷矿渣,又能节约砂石资源。为助推锦屏瘠性磷矿渣资源化利用,测试了锦屏磷矿渣的基本性能,并对其生产砂浆和低强度混凝土进行了试验研究。研究发现:锦屏磷矿渣放射性符合建材标准,无毒无害,可以用于生产建设材料,其主要化学成分为氧化钙、氧化镁和氧化硅,主要矿物为存在解理的白云石、方解石、白云母,宜作为瘠性填料用于建设材料生产。锦屏瘠性磷矿渣砂浆强度可达20 MPa以上,并给出了强度计算经验式和常用配方设计配比。适宜掺量的瘠性磷矿渣可将混凝土的强度提高10%,同时提高强度均匀性,锦屏瘠性磷矿渣混凝土可用于填充墙、柔性桩、防渗墙和路基。

In order to promote the utilization of Jinping barren phosphate slag, the basic performance of Jinping phosphate slag was tested and the mortar and low-strength concrete produced by it were tested. The results show that the radioactivity of Jinping Phosphorus slag meets the standards of building materials, is non-toxic and harmless, and can be used for the production of construction materials. The main chemical components are calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and silicon oxide. The main minerals are dolomite with cleavage, calcite , Muscovite, should be used as a barren filler for the construction materials production. Jinping barren phosphorus slag mortar strength of up to 20 MPa or more, and gives the strength of empirical formulas and formula design ratio. A suitable amount of barren phosphorus slag can increase the strength of concrete by 10% and at the same time improve the uniformity of strength. Jinping barren phosphorus slag concrete can be used for filling walls, flexible piles, cutoff walls and roadbed.
