桥塞堵漏技术以其安全、经济和操作工艺简单而备受好评,并被现场普遍使用。但因地层漏缝开口尺寸无法准确掌握,只能凭现场有限的资料分析和经验制订堵漏方案,经常出现一堵就止漏和一循环又复漏的问题,造成人力、物力、财力的巨大损失,探索新的堵漏方法已十分必要。从分析研究桥塞堵漏技术的机理和缺陷入手,研制了一种商品名为HHH的高失水堵漏剂。并在室内评价了该堵漏技术对不同开口尺寸的漏缝的堵漏效果,将该技术应用于处理剑门1井的喷漏同层抢险和LG10井的恶性井漏,堵漏施工中均取得良好效果。现场应用结果表明,该堵漏技术具有如下特点:堵漏剂固相含量高(浓度30~40),粒径小(微米级)。因此,容易进入各种形状的致漏裂缝空间,对大、中、小漏均适宜;堵漏剂短时间全失水,滤饼致密、承压高及酸溶率高;堵漏剂密度在1.15~2.40g/cm3范围内可调,可泵性及悬浮稳定性均良好;采用清水配制,使用简单,施工时间短;堵漏成功率高、复漏率低。
