本文基于全国各省数据为研究的对象,对全国各省房地产发展现状进行剖析,从而进一步研究房地产对经济增长的贡献度。通过Eviews的软件进行线性相关分析,定量出探讨每个因素对经济增长的贡献度以及房地产业中的不同因素对经济增长的不同贡献率。
Based on the data of various provinces in our country, this paper analyzes the real estate development in all provinces in China, and further studies the contribution of real estate to economic growth. Through the Eviews software linear correlation analysis to quantify the contribution of each factor to the economic growth as well as the different factors in the real estate industry to contribute to economic growth rates.
