医疗产品和服务价格形成的特殊性,决定了政府介入的必然性。我国转轨时期,价格管理部门的重要任务是,在医疗服务市场化改革的过程中,科学地实行医疗价格规制,以在促进医疗资源配置优化和医疗机构效率的同时,能够保障全体居民基本的医疗权利。
The particularity of the price of medical products and services determines the inevitability of government intervention. In the transitional period of our country, the important task of the price management department is to implement the medical price regulation scientifically in the process of market-oriented reform of medical services so as to ensure the optimization of medical resource allocation and the efficiency of medical institutions and at the same time ensure the basic medical care of all residents right.
