公共价格决策的科学化程度是检验决策质量的终极标准熏而决策的科学化又有赖于决策的民主化程度。价格决策的民主化实际上就是公众对政府价格决策过程的参与程度,这一过程是通过价格听证制度实现的。目前我国价格听证制度在实施过程中还存在着一些问题,严重影响了价格听证中的公众参与。本文针对这些问题,研究了改善公众参与价格听证,提高公共价格决策质量的对策。
The scientific level of public price decision-making is the ultimate criterion for the quality of decision-making. The scientific decision-making depends on the degree of democratization of decision-making. The democratization of price decision-making is actually the public’s participation in the decision-making process of the government price. This process is realized through the price hearing system. At present, there are still some problems in the implementation of China’s price hearing system, which has seriously affected the public participation in the price hearing. In response to these problems, this paper studies how to improve public participation in price hearings and improve public decision-making quality.
