In 2011, the world economic development ups and downs, reefs and heavy rapids. The slow economic recovery in the United States and the hollowing out of industries are accompanied by unemployment, and the Occupy Wall Street movement surges. The debt crisis in Europe hit the European underbelly, sweeping up the optimism after the “Lisbon Treaty” and adding variables to the prospect of European integration. The general trend of recovery in emerging economies slowed down. Controlling inflation and maintaining growth became a policy dilemma. The earthquake in Japan and the floods in Thailand highlight the drawbacks of global supply chains and are likely to trigger adjustments in international production networks. The time of depression is the time of healing. Behind the events, hidden in the general trend of the world economy, the upcoming 2 years brought us many warnings.
