本文立足于江苏省淮安市(以下简称淮安市),集中讨论淮安市债权融资现状,分析淮安市债权融资困境出现的原因,并尝试着提出拙见。

Based on Huaian City, Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as Huaian City), this paper focuses on the current situation of debt financing in Huai’an City and analyzes the reasons for the emergence of debt financing difficulties in Huai’an City.
