一定有小朋友在纳闷儿,什么叫温柔的保镖?之所以这么说,是因为脑脊液是一种流动的液体,无色,透明,略带黏稠。它在哪儿?脑脊液充满在各脑室、蛛网膜下腔和脊髓中央管内,由脑室中的脉络丛产生,最后又回到血液中去。脑脊液这条小河总量大约为100~150毫升,每6~8小时全部更新一次,生生不息,日夜畅流。右图中那些细小的黄色箭头,表示的是脑脊液的位置及流动方向。
