目的了解沈阳军区医学放射工作人员健康状况,为放射防护工作提供参考依据。方法整理596名放射工作人员健康检查档案资料,并进行统计、分析处理。结果放射工作人员健康检查异常结果人员比例为30.20%,患病情况、眼晶体混浊率、微核率、白细胞异常检出率、皮肤改变率均高于对照组。结论长期小剂量辐射对放射工作人员健康有一定的影响,应加强放射工作人员的防护工作。
Objective To understand the health status of medical radiation workers in Shenyang Military Region and provide reference for radiation protection. Methods The data of 596 radiation workers’ health checkups were collected and analyzed, analyzed and analyzed. Results The proportion of abnormal results in radiological staff was 30.20%. The prevalence of ophthalmology, opacity of ocular lens, micronucleus rate, leucocyte anomaly detection rate and skin change rate were all higher than those in control group. Conclusion Long-term low-dose radiation has a certain impact on the health of radiation workers. Radiation workers should be strengthened in protection work.
