李进增是1985年大学毕业后来宁夏工作的。他当过队长、副局长、所长、书记,现在是宁夏博物馆馆长。他曾多次被评为先进工作者;1995年被自治区党委组织部、宣传部等部门授予“优秀跨世纪人才”称号;1997年,被评为全区双文明先进个人,并当选为自治区第六届青联委员;2001年,人民日报评选出全国百位知名基层领导,他榜上有名。李进增以全优的专业成绩毕业于北京大学考古系,分配时,主动要求到西北工作。为此,他还作为支援边疆的学生代表,在北京民族宫受到国家领导人的接见。被分配到宁夏博物馆考古队后,他常年在野外工作。为更好地将所学知识与实践相结合,1990年他参加了国家
Li Jinzeng joined Ningxia after graduating from college in 1985. He served as captain, deputy director, director, secretary, now Ningxia Museum curator. Li Jinzeng graduated from the Department of Archeology at Peking University with his excellent professional results. When assigned, he actively asked for work in the northwest. To this end, he also served as a student representative supporting the frontier and was interviewed by state leaders at the Beijing National Palace. After being assigned to the Ningxia Museum archeology team, he worked in the field all year round. In 1990 he joined the country in order to better integrate his knowledge and practice
