良好的师生关系不仅是顺利完成教学任务的必要手段,而且是师生在教育教学活动中的价值、生命意义的具体体现。在高职院校如何构建良好的师生关系对于其是否能够完成国家赋予的重要任务具有举足轻重的作用。本文从教师和学生两方面分析高职院校师生关系的现状和构建良好师生关系的基本策略。
Good relationship between teachers and students is not only necessary for the successful completion of teaching tasks, but also a concrete manifestation of the value and life meaning of teachers and students in education and teaching activities. How to build a good teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges plays a decisive role in whether it can accomplish the important tasks entrusted by the state. This article analyzes the status quo of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges and the basic strategies of building a good relationship between teachers and students from both teachers and students.
