测量对象为CAP1400非能动安全壳冷却系统水分配试验台架,其表面积超过200 m2。在水分配试验的测量系统中采用高精度电容探针的方式来测量试验体表面的液膜的厚度;通过设置多个收集水槽,以收集水槽的液位变化来表征局部区域的表面流量;采用工业电荷耦合元件(CCD)相机,通过拍摄试验体表面的图像,再以机器视觉处理的方式,计算得到大空间中试验体表面的液膜覆盖率。采用以上的方式,可以比较清楚全面地了解试验体表面的液膜的相关分布特性。
