随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,社会对于专业技能的人才需求量愈来愈多。高职院校是培养专业技能人才的主要阵地,但在发展过程中,高职院校的建设忽视了学生群体的特殊性,缺乏对管理者综合素质的培养以及沿用相对滞后的教育管理体制,使专业技能的学生不能全面发展。针对这种现象,提高学生自主能力,增强学生的自信心;提高管理者自身素质,建立高水平的管理队伍;优化学生管理体制,创建良好的校园文化氛围,推动高职院校的全面发展。
