本文从认知心理学角度出发,论述元认知理论框架。以元认知理论为依据,以听者的认知过程为基础,探讨在英语教学中从三个方面进行优化的听力自主训练步骤和内容,从而提高学生的听力自主训练技能并丰富其听力元认知体验。
This article from the cognitive psychology point of view, discusses the meta-cognitive theory framework. On the basis of metacognition theory and based on the cognitive process of the listener, this paper explores the steps and contents of the independent listening training optimized from three aspects in English teaching so as to improve students’ listening training ability and enrich their listening comprehension Cognitive experience.
