导弹舱段间连接件所承受主要载荷形式为截面轴力、剪力、弯矩、扭矩等,其中弯矩对截面连接强度有较为显著的影响。从材料力学梁的纯弯曲问题基础理论出发,通过分析导弹舱段间连接截面受力特点,给出了非均质材料、非几何对称连接截面承受弯矩载荷时中性轴的位置计算公式,推导了连接截面上连接件的应力计算公式。利用所提出的计算方法对实际问题进行了分析计算,结构试验结果验证了计算方法的有效性。
The main load forms of the connectors between the missile sections are the axial forces, shear forces, bending moments and torsions of the sections, among which the moment has a significant influence on the connection strength of sections. Based on the basic theory of pure bending of material mechanics beam, by analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the cross-section of the missile cabin, the position calculation formula of the neutral axis when the non-geometric symmetrical connecting cross-section is subjected to moment load is given. The formula for calculating the stress of the connector on the connecting section is deduced. The proposed calculation method is used to analyze and calculate the actual problems. The results of the structure test verify the effectiveness of the calculation method.
