IL-7最初被命名为前B细胞生长因子,现证明它可影响T细胞、裸细胞、骨髓细胞等多种细胞的功能.它可刺激T细胞增殖,诱导LAK活性,促进单核细胞分泌IL-1,IL=6,TNF-α巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1β等.该文章探讨了IL-7对人T细胞IL-3和GM-CSF基因表达的影响.先从人外周血细胞中分离单个核细胞,再从其中的E花环形成细胞中分离获取纯T细胞,单用或合用ConA和重组IL-7刺激,一定时间后裂解细胞,提取总RNA,作Northern杂交分别测定IL-3和GM-CSFmRNA.
