中国水利学会于1965午11月15～23日在甘肃兰州市召开了水工混凝土学术讨论会。参加这次会议的有设计、施工、科研单位和有关高等院校共81个单位的92位代表;此外,临时参加会议的有53位同志。大会先后收到论文共89篇。全体代表首先学习了周总理在第三屆全国人民代表大会第一次会议上作的政府工作报告和人民日报“打破洋框框,发挥创造性”的社论,统一了思想,提高了认识。讨论会自始至终以毛泽东思
China Water Conservancy Society held a Symposium on Hydraulic Concrete in Lanzhou, Gansu from November 15 to November 23, 1965. Attending the meeting, there were 92 representatives of 81 units in design, construction, scientific research units and relevant institutions of higher learning. In addition, there were 53 comrades attended the meeting tentatively. The conference has received a total of 89 papers. All the representatives first learned about the work of the government made by Premier Zhou during the first session of the Third National People’s Congress and the editorial by People’s Daily, “Breaking the Box and Creating Creativity,” and unite thoughts and raise awareness.
