今天,人类已经跨入了21世纪,跨国公司的发展面临着诸多的挑战,跨国公司之间和跨国公司与其他企业之间的竞争更加激烈。我国于80年代初开始在国外直接投资,兴办公司。经过近20年的发展,我国在海外各类企业已达近5000家,投资总额为54亿多美元。然而,总体来说,我国的跨国公司还处于初级发展阶段。我国跨国公司数量少,平均规模小、经济效益差,特别是人力资源管理和开发存在着一些误区,缺乏有效的措施和办法。
Today, mankind has entered the 21st century. The development of multinational corporations faces many challenges. Competition among transnational corporations and multinational corporations and other enterprises is even more fierce. In the early 1980s, China started direct investment abroad and set up a company. After nearly 20 years of development, all kinds of overseas enterprises in China have reached nearly 5,000, with a total investment of 5.4 billion U.S. dollars. However, on the whole, our multinational corporations are still in the primary stage of development. There are some misunderstandings in the management and development of human resources, especially the lack of effective measures and measures for the small number of multinational corporations in our country, small average size and poor economic returns.
