这次中国大学生就业首选企业调查结果表明,在现在以市场选择为根本取向的今天,中国大学生就业的心态在竞争和压力的洗礼下将逐渐走向成熟,今后大学生的择业自主性也将越来越强。这次调查结果也表明,大学生就业价值观也呈现了多元化的趋势,他们选择职业时既有理想化特征,亦有功利化倾向,既注重职业的社会价值也注重职业的个人价值,既看重短期目标的实现也作长期发展的规划,因此如何引导毕业生在这些价值取向上找到一个合适的支点,将会成为今后各高校就业指导部门研究的重要课题。
