热差比例控制使用两只热电偶分别用于检测炉内大气温度和铝卷温度。其中比例控制仪用以控制、测量铝卷温度,并与铝卷温度设定值进行比较,通过比较得出一反馈于大气控制仪的设定值。大气控制仪用于测量炉膛温度,并与由比例控制仪显示的温度设定值比较,将大气温度控制在一点上,从而既限制了卷材温度,又限制了大气温度。这样既能节省时间和燃料,又能进行准确的控制。
Differential Thermal Control Two thermocouples are used to detect the temperature of the furnace and the coil temperature, respectively. The proportional controller is used to control and measure the aluminum coil temperature, and compared with the aluminum coil temperature set point, by comparison, a feedback to the atmospheric controller settings. Atmospheric control is used to measure the furnace temperature and to control the temperature of the atmosphere at a point compared to the temperature setpoint displayed by the proportional control, limiting both the web temperature and the atmospheric temperature. This saves time and fuel, as well as accurate control.
