为了解邹城地区学龄前及学龄期儿童头发中锌铜铁镁钙硒元素含量,用原子吸收光焰法测定锌铜铁钙镁元素,用荧光D2.3—二氨基萘法测定硒元素。结果:锌、钙元素偏低者较多,1~3岁组男女童锌元素平均值都低于正常范围下限(80mg/kg),且女童高于男童(P<0.05)。铜、钙元素,4~6岁及7~12岁组,都是女童高于男童,(P<0.05)。硒元素均值城市高于农村,(P<0.05)。
In order to understand the contents of zinc, copper, magnesium, magnesium and selenium in the hair of preschool and school-age children in Zoucheng area, the zinc, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the selenium was determined by fluorescence D2.3-diaminonaphthalene method. Results: The zinc and calcium levels were lower in both groups. The mean zinc levels of boys and girls aged 1-3 were lower than the lower limit of normal range (80mg / kg), and girls were higher than boys (P <0.05). Copper, calcium, 4 to 6 years old and 7 to 12 years old girls were higher than boys (P <0.05). The average selenium level in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas (P <0.05).
