《语文课程标准》明确指出:口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力。教师应努力培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。可当下的口语交际教学却处在一个比较尴尬的地位,以苏教版为例,从一年级到六年级,每一册教材中单元练习的最后一题,都有口语交际的专项练习,而且教学参考书要求这部分内容至少上足一课时。可在实际教学中,这样的一课时常常被压缩、挪用,只用半堂课就匆匆讲
