Reflections on teaching and learning are ways to improve effective teaching and students' effective learning. Only by continuing to carry out teaching reflections can we continuously adjust our instructional design and continuously accumulate experience so as to continuously improve our own ideological qualities, teaching standards and teaching efficiency.
