记者从广东省劳动保障厅获悉,广东省2006年企业工资指导线于7月中旬发布。出台的工资指导线具体情况如下:(一)工资增长基准线为11%。生产正常、经济效益达到同行业平均水平的企业,可根据本企业职工工资与人工成本水平及企业的经济效益,结合工会组织意见,人体按照基准线安排本年度的工资增长。企业在安排工资增长时,要加强对企业人工成本的核算,保持企业的发展潜力。
Reporters learned from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security, Guangdong Province in 2006 corporate wage guidelines issued in mid-July.
